How to Receive
Your Aid Disbursements or Refund
Aid (loans, scholarships, grants, etc.) will credit
directly to your Statement
of Account at OSU. Any funds remaining after
fees have been paid are refunded to the student if permitted.
Refunds will be available by Direct
Deposit five to seven days before the start of classes. This process
continues on a daily basis thereafter. ONLY those students who have signed
up for Direct Deposit can receive their refunds prior to the beginning
of classes.
Refund checks will no longer be available for
in person pickup.
Students not using direct deposit will have their refund checks mailed
to their local address beginning the 5th day of classes. Why wait -sign

Summer 2008 Refund Start Dates
Direct Deposits begin June 6th with an EFFECTIVE
date of June 10th for 1st and full term. Direct Deposits begin July 11th with an EFFECTIVE
date of July 15th for 2nd term. Check with your banking institution to make sure funds
are available prior to attempting to use.
Refund checks will begin to be mailed on June 24th for 1st and full term.

The Office of the University Bursar no longer offers in person check pickup.
