Account Statement

When a student registers for class, the Student
Account Statement is created. This is the account where the charges for tuition, housing, and optional
fees will be applied on a quarterly basis. Student loans, University and
External Scholarships, Grants, and other payment credits are also applied
to the student fee account and deducted from the total amount due each
quarter.
Fees are due by the first day of classes each
quarter and can be paid on or before the fee payment deadline. If paying
fees online, payment may be submitted until midnight the date fees are
due. Payments submitted online after midnight the date fees are due will
be subject to late fees.
If mailing payment, late fees will be assessed
according to the date postmarked on the envelope in which payment is sent.
If the postmark date on the envelope is the due date or before, no late
fees will be assessed.
Attention external scholarship recipients: External
scholarship checks (non-university scholarships) must not be sent to the
address printed on the statement of account. External scholarship checks must
be sent to:

Please provide this address to your scholarship sponsor
whenever you submit a copy of your Statement of Account to them as proof of enrollment.
